Tracking Client Progress: In order to make sure your success in our programs, well need to track weekly progress, current body fat and challenges, review your nutrition guide and exercise log worksheets and over and over on a weekly basis. Perform Fitness Evaluations:We will evaluate for: body composition, bodyweight, girth measurements, blood pressure, heart rate and many various muscle tests. These health tests help us a fair representation of your current health and a starting guide for future results evaluationtesting.
