85%                                        20 parts
                       80%
60%                                         5 parts


You set it up like this. You have 2 syrups at different concentrations. 85% and 60% you want to make 80% concentration. Take 85% -80% to get how much of the 60% you need: 20 parts. Then take 60% from 80% and you get : 20 parts that you need of the 85% solution. The ratio of parts becomes 20:5 which you can simplify to 4:1. Then set up your equation like this:

4 parts/1 part = 150 ml/ x mL   

x=600ml 

This makes sense b/c you know you are using 150 ml of the 60% which is one part of your mixture. The missing part is four times the amount you know so multiple and you have it!</description>

I guess if you're the company, you have the right to monitor (esp. during office hours) to check if your staff is making full use of their working hours to do work or spending their time doing personal matters or if they're doing any illegal stuff (eg. illegal downloading of softwares, etc).  To be fair, employee are paid to do work so if they engage more than often in private activities, it's not productive for the company.  But I suppose, often than not, most companies will turn a blind eye if their staff engage in personal activities as long as it's not detrimental to the company.</description>
